Victor Martin Garcia
Founder
Victor is a software engineer with 25+ years in technology startups, more than 10 of them as a CTO. He was co-founder and CTO of fundcraft (Luxembourg, 2020-2026), a tech-powered fund services platform with PSF and AIFM licences and more than 220 funds. Under his tenure, fundcraft won the Technology and Innovation award at The Drawdown Awards two years running (2024 and 2025), and European FundsTech Provider of the Year at the Funds Europe Awards (2024). Before that he was CTO of iBroker Global Markets (2015-2020) and an engineering lead at startups in Berlin.
He was Associate Professor of Software Quality at the Universitat de Girona (2018-2021). Since September 2026 he lectures on the UdG MBA, with a new module on AI for decision making. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Today he builds with AI coding agents every day and writes down the process in public. He advises companies on how to adopt them without losing control of quality, security or their teams' skills. He is also an early-stage investor at Gi20 Capital.
